We opened 3rd Street Nutrition with a simple conviction: the food you eat should be as close to its source as possible. That means bread baked the same day, produce that hasn't traveled across the country, and supplements you can pronounce.
Every product on our shelves has been tested, tasted, and approved by our team. We turn down items we wouldn't serve our own families—and that's a standard we've kept since we first opened our doors in Baraboo.
3rd Street Nutrition grew out of a frustration shared by many in Sauk County: good food should be easy to find, but it wasn't. We saw a gap between the big-box stores and the farmers' market, and we decided to fill it.
Today, we're proud to be a gathering place—where neighbors bump into each other between the bread aisle and the supplement counter, where kids learn what real apples look like, and where you can leave with everything you need for a week of real meals.
We don't chase trends. We chase quality—and the people who make it.3rd Street Nutrition
We source from Wisconsin farms and regional producers whenever possible, keeping dollars in our community and food on your table fresher.
Our team stays current on nutrition science so we can give you honest advice—no jargon, no upselling, just what works.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, keto—we've got options for every way of eating, and our shelves are clearly labeled.
